  • reception services
  • room cleaning and waste removal

Rent Fees - regular use

  • Room #7 $50/day plus GST (shared space) - Available on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays

Terms

  • Rent payable in advance per month
  • Key distribution form must be signed for insurance and safety purposes. Refundable deposit of $25 applies - payable upon the key exchange.
