Rent Fees - regular use

  • Room #7 $60/day  OR $250 exclusivity full time a week. Open to negotiations and/or subletting with another person.

Terms

  • Rent payable in advance per month
  • Key distribution form must be signed for insurance and safety purposes. Refundable deposit of $25 applies - payable upon the key exchange.
