  • access and use of the Kokoro Healing Collective shared spaces such as waiting area, bathroom, toilet, kitchen facilities, storage, reception. 
  • unlimited free wifi
  • car park (plenty at the back of the clinic plus off street)
  • business address
  • office amenities (to be discussed at the meeting)

Not included

  • reception services
  • room cleaning and waste removal

Rent Fees - regular use

  • $90 a day if one day is leased, $75 a day if two days a week and $60 per day if 3 days per week are leased

Terms

  • ​Full lease document available per request
  • ​Rent payable in advance per month. One month deposit required.
  • Key distribution form must be signed for insurance and safety purposes. Deposit of $25 applies - payable upon the key exchange.
