Rent Fees - regular use

  • Room #7 $280 exclusivity full time a week ($40 a day). Open to negotiations and/or subletting with another person.

  • Rent payable in advance per month
  • Key distribution form must be signed for insurance and safety purposes. Refundable deposit of $25 applies - payable upon the key exchange.

We can offer to promote your services among our networks and social media.

Monday-Friday only $200 a week. Saturdays are occupied by a resident Social Worker/Counsellor. Call to enquire.

Room #4 (small, suitable for telehealth or specialised body work or a reader)
Full Time Exclusive $150 a week. Call to enquire.

Room #2 (shared space with a hypnotherapist)
available Tuesdays and Thursdays - $150 for two days a week
