Full lease document available per request
Rent payable in advance per month. One month deposit required.
Key distribution form must be signed for insurance and safety purposes. Deposit of $25 applies - payable upon the key exchange.

Shared Space Available:

Room # 1 - largest room in the clinic, South windows - available on Sundays only - $80 a day if hired for one day.
Room #2 - West window, available on Wednesdays only. $80 a day. Ideal for a counsellor, female psychologist, or hypnotherapist.
