At Kokoro Healing Collective, we embrace the Japanese concept of Kokoro, which represents the integration of heart, mind, and spirit as one. It embodies the essence of wholeness, recognizing that our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical selves are deeply interconnected.
This philosophy is at the heart of everything we do. We believe true healing comes from addressing all aspects of your being—supporting you to find balance, resilience, and self-efficacy on your journey toward wellness. Research shows that when one part of our being heals—whether it's our thoughts, emotions, or physical body—it positively impacts the others. Our holistic approach is tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring you receive professional, compassionate care from experienced clinical practitioners. No matter your background, beliefs, or circumstances, you are welcome here. We offer a wide range of therapies, including counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, osteopathy, family support, and more. If needed, we collaborate with other trusted professionals, such as Creative Therapists, to ensure you have access to the most suitable care for you or your loved ones.
At Kokoro Healing Collective, our mission is to empower you with the tools, support, and understanding to self-heal and thrive in all areas of your life. Explore our practitioners’ profiles to learn more about their expertise and find the right match for your journey.
We are located on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people; very conveniently near the airport, half way between Adelaide CBD and the Grange beach. The magic of it all. The bus stop #19 is also just next to our clinic. There is plenty of car park behind the clinic when you arrive and we have a wonderful chill out waiting area with an extensive libray. We invite you to arrive in early to relax in the waiting area before you head to your appointment.
Kokoro Healing Collective and its community acknowledge and pays respect to the Kaurna people as traditional custodians of the Adelaide region. We acknowledge the deep feelings of attachment and the relationship of the Kaurna people to their Place. We pay our respects to the Kaurna ancestors and the living Kaurna people. We also pay respect to the cultural authority of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples visiting / attending our clinic from other areas of Australia.
