What is Quantum Integration Meditation?
I created this meditation to assist you to enter an altered state of consciousness where you can explore different parts of your consciousness to help you understand yourself better and see yourself from a different perspective. The method incorporates various techniques, including parts therapy, hypno-psychotherapy, QHHT past life regression, future progression and meeting your guides.
The guided sessions takes about two-three hours including an introductory talk, and post-discussion and optional sharing.

Who is it for?
- If you have always wanted to find out more about yourself, from a slightly different perspective and through your own exploration rather than seeing a psychic telling you what they can 'sense';
- if you are curious about your own 'past lives' - who you were and what you have been up to in other lifetimes;
- If you wish to find out where a particular pattern of yours (or illness) comes from and you wish to also heal it;
- if you want to experience yourself as immortal being who never really dies - and heal the fear of death...

What to expect?
Expect nothing yet intend for miracles.
We meet as a group twice a year for 5 hours. I will be guiding you with simple visualisation and imagery techniques developed by both Dolores Cannon and myself. Individually and as a group you will be taken back in time to past lives, parallel lives and chosen future ones. You will also meet your spirit guide or guardian angels and animal guides. We may do some energy exercises or sound healing if appropriate.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before we start. Once you arrive, you will fill out the 'Attendance Sheet' and settle the payment, if any. Then, we will gather in the main room #1. You will be seated in a chair or you are welcome to lie down (bring a yoga mat or a cushion) or just sit on the floor. You are also welcome to bring a blanket or even your own comfortable chair. First, I will introduce the deep work we will be doing together. After that, you will travel through time and space. You will remember everything and after the experience you will write it all down; so please bring a pen and a notebook. Once you do that, I will invite you to share your experience with the group. Do not be shy as we all have some amazing stories to share and learn from! We shall finish on time following my recommendations of what to focus on during the coming few weeks until our next gathering. For those of you who wish to deepen the group connection, we will stay for casual chats and light refreshments afterwards (provided).
