Originally from London, Liz graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2012. After finishing her studies she started working in three busy GP surgeries in Kent, England. Here she gained a lot of experience diagnosing, treating and managing a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal complaints. Liz moved to Adelaide in 2014 and is now a proud Australian citizen.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and chronic pain. Sharing her knowledge of pain science with her patients and educating them about the links between pain, stress and mental health. She uses a variety of osteopathic techniques including soft tissue massage, myofascial release, joint articulation, trigger point work and manipulations. Liz is trained in dry needling, can provide sports strapping and works with children from 5years and up. Liz prides herself on her communication skills and empathy. She happily works with her clients as a team to allow then understanding and control of their health to get the best results possible. Liz is AHPRA and Osteopathy Australia registered. |
