Covid-19 Policy

As a public wellness centre, for the safety of all clients and practitioners, Kokoro Healing Collective follows COVID-19 governmental requirements.

We ask clients to come for your appointment only if you are feeling well. If you are unwell, an online appointment may be a better option for you while you are recovering. 
We ask all clients upon entry to Kokoro to fill out the Contact Tracing Record and also Client Covid-19 Statement for individual appointments. Feel free to familiarise yourself with the forms you will be asked to fill in.
